The library is overseen by the Lower Saxony Ministry for Science and Culture. The library was founded in 1572.<\/p>\n<p>Mobiteam was hired as a development company to complete the new website, that will replace the old one, being extremely old and not user-friendly, coming from the very beginnings of the internet.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image alignnone wp-image-2224 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/hab-content-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1650\" height=\"1080\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image alignnone wp-image-2226 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/hab-content-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1650\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Challenges<\/h2>\n<p>This was a very challenging project from all standpoints. Technical, aesthetical, and in communication. The main challenge though was to have smooth and clear communication with the end-client, who was very far from the IT and how the web rather works.<\/p>\n<p>It was paramount to transmit the right message to our client during the project because it could jeopardize the delivery date and perhaps the functionality as well.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image alignnone wp-image-2230 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/hab-content-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1650\" height=\"1080\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image alignnone wp-image-2232 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/hab-content-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1650\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Solutions<\/h2>\n<p>Together with our partner on this project, we set up a very well organized communication flow. There was only one communication channel, thus avoiding the abundance of information and changes required.<\/p>\n<p>As for all the projects, we used Asana as a project management tool and Slack for instant chat, besides emails. This simple solution made the whole work process so efficient and possible to launch within the estimated deadline.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image alignnone wp-image-2234 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/hab-content-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1650\" height=\"1080\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-width-image alignnone wp-image-2236 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8888\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/hab-content-7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1650\" height=\"810\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Final Result<\/h2>\n<p>The final result was gorgeous.
